She has been occupying the position since then - a record.

Specialized in business law and international trade, Ayélé LOCOH-DONOU has been a business lawyer over a long period and was also an advisor to the Executive Director of the World Bank in Africa. However, her passion for entrepreneurship eventually took over, making her give up big offices for fashion show sets, launching Ayélé Design, a company that makes high-end bags. Beyond her business, the lawyer-entrepreneur wants to contribute to the local economy by supporting business projects in Togo.
Auguste Yao DOGBO is the boss of the Navitrans Group, a service company founded in 1979 and specialized in various domains such as shipping agency, logistics transport, shipping, or transit and customs. He also chaired for several years the Professional Association of Shipping Companies and Ship Consignments in Togo (NAVI -TOGO). Also, much involved in sports, Auguste DOGBO was the president of the Togolese National Olympic Committee, a member of the executive board of the African handball confederation, and the Togolese federation of sliding sports.
Atta-Kakra Essien is the commissioner of customs and indirect taxes, since February 2019. Before assuming this position, he headed the regional customs operations at the Togolese Revenue Office (OTR). In September 2020, he was appointed tax commissioner in the place of Adoyi Essowavana.
Alexandre COHEN is the head of Canal + Togo, a subsidiary of the Vivendi group. Before joining the Canal + Group, he worked for several multinationals, including Ford Motor Company. Under his leadership, Canal + has become one of the best Internet service providers in Togo.
Founder of AD Kontact, Alain HOUNTONDJI was born on August 20, 1968, in Cotonou, in a modest family. A brilliant student, he pursued part of his studies in France where he obtained a degree in microeconomics and management at the University Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I). In 1997, he joined SFR's customer management team. After spending four years at the French company, he joined Aviva, a CAC 40 company, where he was customer service manager. His last place of work as an employee was Zain where he worked only three years.
Determined to start his own business, Alain HOUNTONDJI launched AD Kontact, a customer relations firm based in Africa. His firm supports businesses in Africa by managing their customer relations and providing remote contract sales services. It focuses on African youth and mainly hires locals. In 2011, HOUNTONDJI handled the outsourcing of Airtel's call centers to Spanco in six African countries.
Abdellah TABHIRET holds a graduate degree in regional and business economics and has been the managing director of Moov Togo since 2016. With more than 25 years of experience in the field of telecommunications, he has also worked at Maroc Telecom and Scarlet.
