(Togo First) - Atta-Kakra Essien is the commissioner of customs and indirect taxes, since February 2019. Before assuming this position, he headed the regional customs operations at the Togolese Revenue Office (OTR). In September 2020, he was appointed tax commissioner in the place of Adoyi Essowavana.
