Managing Director, since 2012, of the Youth Economic Initiatives Support Fund (Faiej), Sahouda Céline GBADAMASSI-MIVEDOR stands as a vector of the resolve of the Togolese authorities to support the country's youth. Determined and dynamic, the MD is also renowned for being close to young entrepreneurs. Throughout her seven years at the FAIEJ, nearly 9,000 jobs were created, 2,500 young entrepreneurs supported, and around 4 billion FCFA in loans were provided. Her most cherished ambition is to foster the emergence of a young class of seasoned entrepreneurs who will create solid, sustainable jobs.

Anthony Comlan MAWOUENA, commonly known as Peter ANTHONY, is a passionate fashion designer. After a long stay in France, he decided to return to Togo to start his entrepreneurial career. The businessman represents the famous Zara brand in Togo and runs Empreinte by Zara, a boutique located on one of the main arteries of Lomé. He dressed many celebrities including Carla Bruni, wife of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy. Besides fashion, the entrepreneur is also known for his philanthropic work.

This Togolese-American social entrepreneur is the CEO of Alaffia. The latter, well-known in the sector of fair trade (shea butter, coconut oil, etc...), has an estimated turnover of $50 million. It promotes the economic empowerment of women in Africa and Togo particularly.
In 2018, Alaffia and its owner received an Award for Corporate Excellence from the US State Secretary, under the "Women's economic empowerment" category.

In a few years only, the former minister of agriculture of Togo, Noël Koutera Bataka, distinguished himself as one of the main actors of agricultural reform in the country. With a bachelor's in agriculture, a master's in public affairs, and another degree in public administration, he truly revealed his capacities by advancing the implementation of the risk-sharing based incentive mechanism for agriculture financing (MIFA).
As minister of agriculture, revolutionizing the Togolese agriculture was one of his main goals, one he pursued by connecting the various actors engaged in the sector (banks and farmers) and successfully carrying out agricultural processing projects.
Among other accomplishments, he coordinated the PNIASA and the Global Alliance for Resilience in the Sahel and West Africa (AGIR).
