Togo : Minodoo, a community of young developers to organize hackathon in Lomé with US embassy’s support

(Togo First) - “Minodoo”, a community of young app developers backed by the US embassy, will organize from June 14 to 17, 2018, a hackathon named the “Duneyon civil hackathon”.

The event will take place at Minodoo’s headquarters in Lomé, Klikamé to be exact. It will regroup tech lovers, State workers, civil society activists and anyone interested.

On this occasion, code lovers and other enthusiasts will develop apps that are useful for decentralization and future elections.

In the local dialect Minodoo means let’s stick together. It is a community of young people who share their experience, work together and engage citizens through ICTs and youth-led entrepreneurship. It puts a particular accent on opensource and freeware.
