Togo opens registration for second Di-kéti entrepreneurship forum

(Togo First) - The second edition of Togo's Di-kéti forum, dedicated to entrepreneurship and innovation, will be held in June, with registration open through May 20, 2026, the Ministry of Grassroots Development and the Social and Solidarity Economy announced.

The ministry, which is organizing the initiative, recently launched registration for the event. The exact date has not yet been announced.

The three-day gathering will bring together entrepreneurs, project leaders, investors, policymakers, institutions and partners from the entrepreneurial ecosystem to discuss innovative solutions and strengthen collaboration to support sustainable growth.

The program includes conferences, expert panels, masterclasses, hands-on workshops, business-to-business meetings, networking sessions, as well as funding and investment opportunities.

Through the initiative, organizers aim to make Di-kéti 2026 a strategic platform for connecting talent, fostering innovation and promoting entrepreneurship as a driver of development in Togo and across Africa.

The inaugural edition, held in September 2025, was successful, according to organizers. They said the second edition underscores the Togolese government's effort to create more networking opportunities for entrepreneurs, particularly young people.

Out of all the 'Doing Business’ indicators, Property Registration is where Togo has improved the most since 2018. Indeed, after spending years in the lowest part of this ranking, the country now seeks to beat Rwanda which is the best performer on this index in Africa. To do so, Lomé has been introducing many reforms, with the latest batch implemented this year.
