Togo validates the national justice policy

(Togo First) - Togo has validated its national justice policy, a set of laws focused on strategic orientations and key actions in the country’s judiciary. The policy aims to make the judiciary more efficient and independent.

This was done last Tuesday by the ministry of justice, in line with a program launched by the minister of justice, Pius Agbétomey, to support the judiciary.

The policy, whose elaboration was backed by the European Union, will be implemented over 5 years (2021-2025).
